Scarborough Fair Green tea variants are Fairtrade, organic and biodynamic certified. Biodynamic uses an ecological and sustainable farming system with no chemicals or pesticides. This makes Scarborough Fair Green tea sought after for quality, taste and benefits. Green tea is naturally high in antioxidants. We recommend making Green tea by adding 1/3 cup cold water to your hot water, prior to infusing the bag. if you pour hot water directly onto the bag, the boiling water can damage the delicate leaves producing a bitter taste.
